I have a health-type website. Now I want to add counseling to it. I want to do it by, my customers click on a button and then I can chat with them. It’s as simple as that. I’ve seen all these chat providers like Bold Chat, and Live Chat that offer chat in the form of an agent helping someone. I have 2 problems with them: 1. It is for an agent to help you navigate the website and answer your question 2. It seems like a couple of “chats” will be installed into your website. I only want one installed.
I’m looking for a comapny/chat provider that will provide me with a single (1) chat device. I can’t find something like that anywhere. I’d appreciate any help. Thank you.
