Pastor John Kilough provides interactive premarital counseling for engaged Christian couples as well as family life and marriage counseling services in the Greater Seattle area.
If you need practical tips on how to set a budget or start setting financial goals, Pastor John Kilough also specializes in Christian financial counseling to help families get out of debt and on the path to financial stability.
Biblical Soul Care is offered from a Christian worldview and although no denomination is being promoted, regular church attendance is highly recommended.
Pastoral Soul Care provided by Pastor John Kilough and Angle Lake Neighborhood Church is non-profit and free of charge. However, if you desire to donate to this ministry, it would be appreciated and you can make that donation in care of Angle Lake Neighborhood Church.

Folks who would advertise their services on the internet are mostly FOR FEE. Few do this kind of counseling for no cost. I would check Christian churches. There are some great (and godly) counselors out there that have real-world experience at how to make your marriage work. Not just hypothetical or classroom theories, but tried and true sage advice.

I want to go to someone who has been married for MANY YEARS and still loves their spouse, not a licensed marriage counselor who may be on their 3rd (or 4th, or 8th) marriage, but feels that they have lots of advice (not all of it good).

Most churches that do counseling do it for free, as a service to the folks that attend there. Grace Church (John MacArthur- Panorama City), Calvary Chapel (Costa Mesa area – Chuck Smith) are a couple you may want to check with, also Focus on the Family (Dr. James Dobson) might be helpful..

A good councillor will help.. But you have to find a good one and both agree on that person, if the first few sessions don’t go well, find another one.
