Skincare questions HELP?
So I have a couple questions:
I have the Inova Acne Control Therapy kit that contains 4% benozyl peroxide pads, and 1% salicylic acid pads.
Which ones should be used at morning, and which ones at night? And daily, or a few times a week? I don’t want to irritate my skin.
Also, where do the pads fit in with normal skincare( cleanser, toner, moisturizer) ??!! When do I apply?
One more, is the Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Scrub supposed to be used daily, or every once in awhile?
Sorry, I’m terribly confused.
Thank you!

I have never used the product but…
Acid should be used at night – only. The sun will/may cause a reaction by darkening the skin, irritating the skin or causing the ingredients to not work.
Start slow – maybe 3 times each week and work up to every day or every other day.
The pads would be the cleanser – but.. Some toners and moisturizer will stop the actions of the Acne Control Therapy Kit.
Any oil will keep the acids from working. If you use the product and it causes any irritation – put oil [not baby oil] on your skin to stop the active ingredients of the Kit. Try olive oil.
Scrubs should not be used daily – especially at the beginning
Start with once a week and work up to 2 times a week.
You are mixing the Nutrogena with the Acne Control Kit – your skin may not take it too kindly when you mix products
