It really all depends. I know with nursing, if u get your license in california then u dont have to take the test in other states, as so new york, but if u were to get it in any other state u would have to retest. You might want to talk to the office that is distributing your license and they will be able to tell u where its valid at. Good luck

What are other opportunities for this degree? thanks. I’m looking to working with individuals between the ages of 16-26, is this the right degree? I would like to work in a therapeutic environment.

Try looking at the Medicaid requirements in your area. That’s usually a good guideline as to the requirements you will need for the various positions. Otherwise, therapists and case managers are usually pretty interchangeable and pretty much in demand by hospitals, non profits, insurance and criminal justice.
