With infidelity a focus of media attention these past few days I’m seeing more information surface not only about men and affairs but also women and affairs. Here are a couple of figures that might surprise you: 80% - people who become addicted to an online affair, 45-55% – of married women engage in extramarital sex at some time during their relationship, 90% – of Americans believe adultery is morally wrong.
While infidelity can occur at anytime in a relationship, there are certain times when it is more likely to occur than others. In addition, there are certain relationship factors which can dramatically increase the potential for infidelity.
