Will a judge suggest marriage counseling?

My wife is 19 I am 22 and we have a 9 week old and we want to split 50 50 custody no child support owed to the other. We havent filed for divorce yet my wife wont give me a chance to do counseling, when we file for divorce given the circumstances may he make us try to work it? In massachusetts.

They should, theres nothing that can’t be worked out. Then again, you two got married WAY too young.

Judges don’t want to hear the he said/she said. They are there to do a job. Decide what is best for the child and divide assets. Prime example of having kids too young. I wish other posters on here would read your question and take notice!
